Redline Group (Aust) is a 100% Indigenous owned and operated company independently certified by Supply Nation. Scott and Rachel strongly value and encourage Indigenous engagement by leading and supporting positive changes to lives of individuals, their families and the communities in which they live.

Redline Plumbing is registered under various Indigenous business networks. These specific business memberships and affiliations include:

  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI)
  • Indigenous Business Network (IBN)
  • Black Business Finder (BBF)
  • Northern Territory Indigenous Business Network (NTIBN)
  • Supply Nation

Redline Plumbing actively works with other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander firms wherever possible:

  • Supporting and driving Indigenous business collaboration
  • Engaging Indigenous owned consultancy firms to support Redline Group (Aust) business growth and in staff training

Redline Group (Aust) has a target to engage and maintain a 10% Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander workforce. We are committed to Indigenous Opportunity Policy and supporters of the ITES (Indigenous Training Employment and Supplier) Plan.

This policy is a commitment to the Local Content of all locations that Redline Group (Aust) operates; for the stimulation and strengthening of sustainable economic growth.

The Business Development/Quality Assurance Manager is the delegated management representative that shall ensure that this policy is effectively communicated to the degree that individuals within the company understand and share the values and commitment to stimulating economic growth through investing in our local content.
